Heat Treatment Recommendation

The conditions provided are clear guidelines regarding the handling of mold heat treatment, welding repairs, and responsibilities related to potential damages.

Rough Machining Before Heat Treatment:

• It is recommended to perform rough machining of stress concentrations before the mold heat treatment process.

Cracks and Repairs:

• The company will not be responsible for any cracks if the raw surface is not removed, no welding repair work is performed, or if the material used is not ASSAB steel.

Responsibility for Damages:

• Responsibility for damages due to heat treatment is limited to a value not exceeding three times the heat treatment price, unless there’s a special written agreement for ASSAB steel.

Notification of Damage After Delivery:

• If the company is not notified of any damage within 7 days of delivery, the product will be considered accepted by the customer. After this period, the company reserves the right to decline responsibility for any issues.
